Robert Klob is President of Robert Klob Designs, Inc. An award winning, full-service residential design studio located in Chandler, AZ. His 30+ years’ experience in the field of architecture has allowed him to design projects in 24 states and 13 countries. Robert is a green building proponent and a leader in the Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) Industry. In addition to design, he is a Planning & Zoning Commissioner for the city of Chandler, AZ assisting in the smart growth and sustainable building in the city for years to come. Robert also helped develop some of the building codes used across the U.S. and is regularly published in regional and national publications. He is asked to speak at numerous conferences and events every year. Mr Klob is an active board member for the American Institute of Building Design and other trade organizations and committees.



As a founding board member of TLC, Robert will assist in the feasibility of future real estate development and integrate the visions and goals of the organization within the architecture of the community. His experience will create a cohesive relationship with TLC and the municipalities where our facilities will reside.
