Staff members are available to welcome residents and guests, provide directions, and answer any questions or comments.
TLC is guarded and monitored twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The security desk is manned by trained security officers and acts as the main hub for all secure communications.
Hotel Front Desk
The hotel front desk is the central desk for the main hotel, as well as all other hotels on the property. Agents are there to assist TLC guests with registrations and accommodations.
The medical staff at the main triage is available 24 hours a day to provide emergency care and identify patients who need immediate medical attention.
Therapeutic & Medical Center
Upon arriving at TLC, new residents are examined and evaluated in order to assess their physical, intellectual, and developmental conditions. Since each resident is unique, the evaluation is the first step in determining their needs and creating an individualized plan just for them. The Main Therapeutic and Medical Evaluation Center is also a walk-in clinic for those who require medical attention.
OT/PT Speech Clinic
The OT/PT Speech Clinic is the main rehabilitation and therapy center at TLC, and exists to provide residents with physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, play therapy, and respiratory therapy services.
